Hello, Long Beach families! I'm Lita.
Since 2004 I've served the Belmont Heights community as a licensed home daycare with a mission to offer a fun, safe child-led play environment for local little ones. Over the years, my home daycare became a trusted part of the community offering quality care and fostering the growth of each child through play, learning, and individualized attention.
In 2020, like many child care programs in Long Beach, I made the difficult decision to close due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a challenging time for families, children, and myself but I stayed hopeful for the future. This pause allowed me to honorably care for elderly family members while reassessing the evolving needs of the local childcare community.
After a three year recess, I was thrilled to re-open my doors in 2023, ready to bring joy + support to my community once again.
Now as I move forward, I'm more dedicated than ever to providing a safe space where children can thrive and families can feel confident in their childcare choice.
