"What's the age range you take care of?"

Clarin Child Care LB welcomes children ages 16 months to 3 years old.

 

"What's your rate and hours?"

Weekly rates vary depending upon days of care. The Daycare is open Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm.

 

"Do you enroll unvaccinated kids?"

No. California Code of Regulations requires children to be up-to-date on state-mandated immunizations in order for admission and attendance at licensed child care facilities. 

Clarin Child Care LB is a licensed childcare facility.

 

"Do you serve food?"

Yes. A kid-friendly, rotating menu is served to simplify meal planning and help reduce food waste. Portions are age-appropriate, and leftover tracking will guide future menu adjustments. The menu includes a variety of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and protein-rich foods.

 

"Do you potty train?"

Yes. The initial potty training starts at home where children can learn the routine in a familiar environment. I'm happy to support your child's effort and progress while they are at the Daycare.

 

"Do you have a daily schedule?"

Yes. Having a regular routine at the Daycare supports your child's development and helps them feel secure.

 

"Are you licensed? Do you have any educational background in childcare?"

Yes. I am a licensed child care provider. Prior to opening my daycare in 2004, I studied Early Childhood Education.  Also, I am CPR + First Aid Training certified, and facility-insured.

 

" What activities are planned for my child?"

Each day the little ones enjoy a balance of meaningful indoor / outdoor playtime and preschool readiness activities that help them learn and develop socio-emotional skills.

 

"Do you have a sick policy?"

Yes. Your child's health and well-being is important. I encourage good hygiene practices, and follow health guidelines to help prevent the spread of illness.
